Allowing Yourself To Be
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page!
If you are reading this, you are considering, or deciding to take, the first step towards improving your mental health, and I commend you. This decision can be difficult and you may have a lot of questions about navigating this process and I am here to help. Like you and many others, I have embarked on my own mental wellness journey and understand the importance of connecting with a therapist that has effective listening skills, the ability to understand daily struggles, and provide an unbiased perspective.
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over six years of experience in providing mental health services in both English and Spanish. I am passionate about helping individuals, children, couples, and families reach their full potential. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where people can process their past, and explore current thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Let us work together to honor your past and present to help make your future happy, peaceful, and productive.
